Employment services advice
The advice services are available to you every weekday
The advice services of Kamppi, Pasila and Itäkeskus are open every weekday 9:00–16:00. There is no need to book an appointment for the advice services.
Advice is available in Finnish, English and, at the Kamppi office, in Swedish on Thursdays. We can also order interpreters for other languages.
You will receive advice on the following matters, for example:
- Job seeking: preparing CVs and applications, searching for suitable jobs and using job seeking platforms.
- Education: submitting education applications.
- Use of the E-Services: reports, plan and situation check.
The advice services do not make decisions. If necessary, we will refer you to your own specialist or to other services. We will give advice to each participant for a limited time.
Our lobbies also have computers and printers that you can freely use for applying for jobs and training.
If you do not have access to the E-Services, you can ask specialists from our offices to help you use the services.
If you are unsure whether you are a client of the Helsinki Employment Services (municipal employment experiment) or the TE Services, we recommend that you use the Pasila office. There, you can find the TE Services and Helsinki Employment Services at the same office.
